Factory Authorized Service Centers
We have Factory Authorized Service Centers, located throughout the United States, which perform any necessary warranty repairs for Stanley VIRAX tools. They also provide regular non-warranty repairs services as well as stock and sell parts and accessories. Factory Authorized Service Centers are experienced repair facilities that have been selected by, and are in contact with, the Stanley VIRAX factory.

Warranty Policy
Stanley VIRAX is pleased to offer a Full Lifetime Warranty Against Manufacturers Defects and Workmanship.
What is Covered
This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship of Stanley VIRAX® tools, with the exceptions stated below.
How Long the Coverage Lasts
This warranty runs for the lifetime of the Stanley VIRAX® tool. Warranty coverage ends when the tool becomes unusable for reasons other than defects in material or workmanship.
What is NOT Covered
Failures due to misuse, abuse or normal wear and tear are not covered by this warranty. Stanley VIRAX® shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.
What Stanley Will Do
Stanley will repair or replace, at its option, any Stanley VIRAX® tool that proves to be defective in material or workmanship and return the repaired or replacement tool to you at no charge. Replacement tools will be the same model as the original tool. If the tool cannot be repaired or replaced with the same model, you can elect to receive a full refund of your purchase price. Proof of purchase price is required.

No Other Warranty Applies
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty for Stanley VIRAX® products. No employee, agent, dealer, or other person is authorized to alter this warranty or make any other warranty on behalf of Stanley VIRAX®.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. .
Non-Warranty Service
Stanley VIRAX® tools will require service in order to maintain the tool in good condition. Failures arising from ordinary use for an extended period of time generally result from a failure to maintain the tool properly, including failure to have the tool serviced when service becomes necessary. Users should follow the instructions provided to maintain the tool in good condition. Stanley offers a complete assortment of replacement parts and a network of Independent Service Centers to meet your service needs. All of our certified service centers have been factory trained and authorized to provide the highest level of care.
